I feel it necessary to give you another heartfelt thanks for all you have done for me. I cannot tell you ho much it means to me that you went out of your way to put me to work, pay me well and provide me an opportunity in my time of need. Thanks to your efforts, Lisa and I can continue the pursuit of our dream. At all times I worked my hardest in order to honor your kindness, but still I owe you so much. My sincerest thanks.

Thanks for the email. Apologize for not getting back to you as I was on the ship for the last week. I understand your position, and I am going to relook at my numbers and increase my budget. I find you an extremely kind and courteous person / contractor with an impeccable reputation and work ethic. In a commitment such as my ' dream home' I would rather do business with an honest gentlemen like yourself than others of lesser price. Appreciate if you would keep the door open on building our home. If possible, I would like to call you and discuss some real hard numbers so I can increase my budget.
